1. Institutional Commitment

CESEC Europe MTÜ is committed to advancing gender equality across all civic, cultural, and digital initiatives. This plan is publicly available on our website and integrated into organizational policies. A Gender Equality Officer is appointed to oversee implementation and reporting.

2. Objectives & Actions

Data Collection & Monitoring

  • Annual collection of sex‑disaggregated data on staff, leadership, and project participation.

  • Publication of an Annual Gender Equality Report.
     

Workforce Development

  • Transparent recruitment and promotion processes.

  • Target: ≥ 40% women in leadership and advisory positions.
     

Work‑Life Balance & Inclusion

  • Flexible working arrangements and equal parental leave uptake.

  • Anti‑discrimination and harassment policies with reporting mechanisms.
     

Capacity Building

  • Annual training on unconscious bias and inclusive leadership.

  • Gender equality modules integrated into CESEC programs.
     

Integration in Research & Projects

  • All CESEC‑led proposals include a gender dimension in methodology.

  • Visibility of women’s contributions in heritage and civic innovation projects.
     

3. Accountability & Transparency

  • Annual reporting to the Board and stakeholders.

  • Feedback mechanism for staff and partners.

  • Continuous review and adaptation of the plan.
