1. Institutional Commitment
CESEC Europe MTÜ is committed to advancing gender equality across all civic, cultural, and digital initiatives. This plan is publicly available on our website and integrated into organizational policies. A Gender Equality Officer is appointed to oversee implementation and reporting.
